online storeHow to Place an OrderSubmitting logos and copyE-mail your name, logo, contact information, and your copy (if applicable) to design@visionsink.com. Logos must be at least 300 dpi. We will accept any of the following formats: TIFF, JPEG or EPS. Vector EPS images are preferred if available. If you have more than one version of your logo (4-color, 1-color, with or without tagline, etc.), you may send more than one so that the most suitable one can be used for each product. Please submit your copy as a Word, WordPerfect, or QuarkXPress document. Proofs and Approvals After we receive your order and materials, we will then e-mail you a proof as an Acrobat Reader PDF file. If you cannot receive a PDF file, we'll fax it. We will also fax you an approval form for you to fill out, sign and fax back to us, indicating your changes or 'ok to print.' On this approval form you will also be asked to verify size, quantity, postage (if applicable) and shipping instructions. We usually email proofs within 5 to 7 business days. Please contact us to discuss rush delivery schedules, or if you are unable to receive attachments via email. Deadlines Please allow at least two weeks from the time you sign off on your proof for delivery. If you cannot allow two weeks, please call us to discuss your delivery schedule. Customized Art We develop and design custom promotions as well. You may make art alterations to an existing Online Store piece or ask us to develop something tailored to your specific needs. Give us a call or e-mail us. Banners Coordinating banners are available for all designs. Mailing Services If you would like to use our mailing services, please call or e-mail us. Payment Do NOT send payment when you place your order. We will invoice you for your order, plus any shipping charges. There is no charge for changing the original copy or adding your logo and contact information. However, you will be charged for any author's alterations (changes you make after you receive your first proof) and any alterations to art that you request. Orders that include posters and/or banners will incur a single setup fee of $32.50.
